UT™: Deoxo Catalyst

UT-2000 is recommended for use in polyolefin polymerization plants to remove oxygen from ethylene and nitrogen. It can be used at ambient temperature as well as at 90°C. Because of its low rate of CO2 generation at elevated temperature, and absence of CO2 at ambient temperature, it is also preferred for use with advanced, CO2-sensitive polymerization catalysts.
