Injection molded polyethylene container lids are widely used in both food and non-food reusable storage applications. UNIPOL™ PE Products can be molded into containers lids having excellent dimensional tolerance, capability for forming a tight seal and offer the optimum balance of stiffness, toughness, and fast cycle times.

Caps & Closures

The level of sophistication regarding caps and closures and their engineering design requirements have increased dramatically in the last several years with consumers and brand owners continuing to look for improved ease of opening/resealing, product removal, safety/tamper evidence and ease of recyclability. UNIPOL™ PE Products are often chosen for these applications because of good organoleptics, high stress crack resistance that resists edge cracking (even under over-torqueing conditions) and provide the flexibility to be molded by either injection molding or compression molding processes.
